Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the United States.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

All services, workshops, events and products are non-refundable. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately.
