Service Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment it's exclusively reserved for you! All appointments require a cancellation of 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling at 48 hours will be sent an invoice of 50% of the full treatment fee. If less than 24 hours notice is given, 100% of the full treatment fee will be charged. No refunds will be given for deposits, cancellations or gift certificates purchased with less than 24 hours notice. There are no refunds on any services.
